From the basement up past heaven.

When I was really little we lived in a townhome. It had the main floor, upstairs where my parents slept and a basement where Aspen and I slept.
Every night my parents would come tuck me into bed, and every night my parents and I would say,

"I love you from the basement all the way up past heaven."

When I was a little girl I wanted Guess How Much I Love You read to me every night.
It is my all time favorite book.
Its funny how little things mom and dads do when we are little effect so much when we grow up.

roomies.

I am very lucky to have not had to experience bad roomies.
I have 5 of them and love them all.
I share a room with Kalina and I love it!
She is so super fun.
Yesterday we were bored so this is what we did with our afternoon.

Sometimes we have random ideas.
Like headstand contests???
But we have fun!

Boone Evans.

I am going home to Idaho at the end of March and babysitting my three youngest siblings while Aspen and my parents go look look at colleges. The kids are so excited but I think I am even more.

Well my 7 year old brother called me yesterday and asked me if I could come tomorrow instead of in a few weeks.
I laughed and explained that I had to stay and work but time would fly.

What he said before I hung up meant more to me than he will ever know.
This was our convo.


Boone- "Jessa I have a secret to tell you."

"Okay what is it?"

"You can't tell anyone okay?"

"Okay I won't."

"I miss you."

"Awww bubba I miss you too, I miss you so much."

"JESSA! You just said it out loud. Twice!"

I laughed. "Oh sorry. but its okay nobody heard me. I have a secret for you too."

"Okay I wont even say it out loud."

"I love you Boone Evans"

"You too Jessa."







Oh my heck. It funny how little nothings can mean so much.
I miss my sibs so much.
Cant wait to see them.

I have so many lists in my head.
Things I want, things I need, things I need to want to do.

So I am starting.

Short Term Wants/Needs
...first problem-deciding what I really need and what i just want.

*new running shoes.
*yoga mat.
*get utah license.
*summer wardrobe-i have nothing!

*new makeup.
*hair did.

okay i quit this game.
I'll try later when I'm more motivated and not so exhausted.
